  • Patients treated with twice a day proton-pump inhibitor, evaluated before and 6 months after
  • Mean RSI of patients treated with a PPI after 6 months reached that of asymptomatic controls
    • RSI> 13 is considered abnormal
    • Scale of 0 = no problem 5= severe problem
