  • Patients with locally advanced laryngeal cancer (Stage III or IV)
    • Concurrent Chemotherapy + Radiation therapy is superior to Induction Chemo followed by RT and superior to RT alone
    • Patients followed for a median of 3.8 years
    • Superior in both laryngeal preservation and locoregional control
